Later List Support

A quiet place for intentions that do not need a deadline.

Do I need an account?

No. Later List does not include accounts or sign-in.

Where is my data stored?

Your items, notes, selected widget horizon, and reminder details are stored locally on your device. The main app and widget share this data through an Apple App Group.

What are the three horizons?

This Week, This Month, and Someday give undated intentions a useful home without turning them into deadlines. You can move an item between horizons whenever you want.

How do reminders work?

Reminders are optional, one-time local notifications. Later List asks for notification permission only when you save a reminder. Notification delivery is controlled by iOS and can be affected by your device settings.

What does Bring Something Back do?

Bring Something Back resurfaces active items from This Month and Someday, then falls back to This Week when needed. A session can show up to three items without repeating one.

How do the widgets work?

The small and medium widgets show up to three items from your selected horizon. Widget refresh timing is controlled by iOS. Tapping a widget opens the matching horizon in Later List.

Can I export my list?

Yes. Later List can export readable plain text or JSON through the iOS share sheet. The exported file goes only to the destination you choose.

Does Later List use analytics or ads?

No. Later List does not include analytics, ads, a backend, or third-party dependencies.
