Do I need an account?

No. LiftProof does not include accounts or sign-in.

Where is my data stored?

Your check-ins and imported progress photos are stored on your device. Imported photos are copied into LiftProof app storage and can be deleted by removing them from a check-in.

Does LiftProof use analytics or ads?

No. LiftProof does not include analytics, ads, or a backend.

Does LiftProof use HealthKit?

No. LiftProof does not read from or write to HealthKit.

How does Lifetime Unlock work?

Free users can save up to 4 check-ins and 6 imported progress photos. Lifetime Unlock removes those limits with a one-time purchase handled by Apple StoreKit.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open Settings in LiftProof and tap Restore Purchases.

Is LiftProof medical advice?

No. LiftProof is for personal tracking only. Estimates and trends are not medical advice. Body measurements and progress photos should not be used to diagnose, treat, or manage any medical condition.
